Welcome to Live Transfer Experts. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Terms and Conditions
1. Services
Live Transfer Experts provides Final Expense Live Transfer services exclusively to licensed insurance agents and agencies. We do not guarantee sales, conversions, policy issuance, or revenue. Results depend on agent skill, availability, and follow-up.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended only for licensed insurance professionals. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally authorized to sell insurance in your jurisdiction.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in advance. Pricing is based on agreed live transfer delivery terms, including volume, targeting, and qualification criteria.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live transfer services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds will be issued after two (2) hours of payment, under any circumstances.
Once campaign setup, dialing, or call allocation begins, refunds are not possible.
5. Buffer Time & Call Billing
Live Transfer Experts may offer a buffer time as part of service delivery. However, any call dropped without a valid technical or compliance-related reason will be billed, even if the call duration is under the buffer time.
6. Call Disputes & Credit Review
Agents may dispute calls they believe do not meet agreed standards. Disputes must be submitted within the agreed dispute window.
All disputes are reviewed by the Live Transfer Experts quality assurance team.
Credits, if applicable, are issued solely at the discretion of Live Transfer Experts after internal review.
Submission of a dispute does not guarantee a credit.
7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
8. Compliance Responsibility
Agents are solely responsible for complying with all applicable insurance laws and regulations. Live Transfer Experts is not responsible for agent conduct during transferred calls.
9. Limitation of Liability
Live Transfer Experts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable business laws in our operating jurisdiction.
